This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Marketer to join our multi award winning Digital Marketing Agency.
Joining our Management Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Social Media and Content Team and oversee the B2B/B2C strategies and campaigns for the agency and its clients.
Responsible for a team of three, you will be a ‘practice what you preach’ kind of person, who leads by example and is skilled at developing the talents of your team members via coaching and mentoring.
With hands-on experience managing multiple social media brand accounts, you know how to create the right brand persona and content in order to engage with different audiences and deliver against KPIs..
Preferably Facebook Certified, you’ll have a proven track record in managing paid social campaigns with experience in forecasting and analysing ROI.
With solid technical skills (particularly on Facebook), you are well versed in social account development from set-up to campaign reporting and analysis.
You understand what makes great content, be it a blog, post, story, video or infographic and have a strong creative flair – you love to innovate!
You’ll be joining a team of enthusiastic, like-minded professionals who are passionate about achieving the very best results for their clients.
Ideally, you will come from an agency background, or have worked freelance managing multiple client accounts.
We’ve adopted a hybrid working model, so you will spend part of the week in the Hertford office, and the remainder working from home.
